Super PACs

So, the tailgating was epic.  My Bloody Marys were a hit.  What a great brunch drink.  Oh there was the game too.  Utah wins, woot, and gets their first PAC 12 victory.

In other PAC news, it appears whether you are a Democrat or Republican is becoming increasingly irrelevant.  The new "Super PACS" are rendering the National Committees to figurehead status.  We have given the steering wheel to Wall Street and the Big Corporations. Does your vote count anymore?

Thank you conservatives.  Your bought and paid for Supreme Court appointments have put the big Corporations in charge.  This, the argument goes, is the way of Capitalism and the free markets work, always producing the best results.  The problem is, we cannot vote Exxon out of office, the Koch Brothers answer to no one.  Corporations are people now.

On to Sunday football.  I hope the dog-ass Cowboys can finally get their act together and I'm rooting for the Lions not to suck because they are so fun to watch.  Happy Sunday.
