Mixed feeling in today's posting. I am more than tickled that the Republicans are now openly fighting, with some of the big guns coming out to condemn John Boehner . When Mitch McConnell pokes his turtle head and proclaims publicly the House of Representatives should fall in line and get his caucus to pass the payroll tax cut.
Even Bush's brain, the Republican strategist and string puller, Karl Rove has joined the chorus. The pressure is mounting on Republican House Speaker Boehner. God, I hope he doesn't just cry.
Here is hoping they come together, because if they insist on political games to gain an advantage, we all lose...we lose about 40-bucks a paycheck, and I don't know about you, but I can use that money.
